We have updated our Terms of Service. By continuing to use our services you agree to the new Terms of Service. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using Trans Regrets (the “Platform”) operated by Blue Monet Private Limited, an Indian based limited liability company (“us”, “we”, “our”) as these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of ths Platform and our App is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including, but not limited to: visitors, users and others, who wish to access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have our permission to access or use the Platform. 1. User Accounts
1.1 When you register you consent to our terms. You understand that the content of our site will contain adult themed material.
1.2 When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Trans Regrets social media platform.
1.3 We reserve the right to ask for proof of age, we may deactivate your user account until you have provided this proof. Failure to provide proof of age when requested may result in termination of your membership and deletion/archiving of your profile. (see 1.7 below)
1.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
1.5 You should not publish your full address on the Trans Regrets (beyond the required location of every member). You maybe required to provide your address should you purchase services from third parties or should you purchase the Trans Regrets social media app.
1.6 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
1.7 You agree to have only one user account on Trans Regrets, should we have reason to believe that you have created multiple accounts, we may suspend all suspect accounts, in the case of multiple breaches of this condition, permanently ban you from accessing Trans Regrets social media platform.
1.8 You agree to indemnify us from all/any claims/damages made by a third party related to your use of Trans Regrets, or you violating of any law or the rights of any third party.
1.9 You can terminate your account at any time. Once you have terminated your account, data submitted by you will be archived and removed from Trans Regrets, we will retain archived data for 3 months, after this period all personally identifiable data will be permanently deleted. Should you wish to register again after 3 months period, we will not be able to restore your profile.
1.10 Under GDPR regulations, you have the right to request information we hold about you, should you wish to obtain this please email support@transregrets.com with "Subject Access Request" as the subject. We will respond to your request within 28 days of receipt.
2. Membership Charges
2.1 Membership of Trans Regrets is free, but members can purchase the Trans Regrets App (available for android devices) from Google Play Store.
2.2 All payments will be processed immediately through a third party service, Stripe. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third party service.
2.3 You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
2.4 We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.
2.5 Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
3. Uploaded Content images/videos/links
3.1 Images & videos may be moderated before being available by other members.
3.2 Links to 3rd party websites are not moderated.
3.3 You must not upload images/videos showing weapons of any type.
3.4 You must not post content depicting/implying/simulating illegal activities, the list of activities includes, but is not limited to: underage sex (18 years of age), bestiality, drugs, snuff, incest, prostitution, rape or violence, we will notify law enforcement of illegal content.
3.5 You must not upload any content that references political parties. This includes National Socialism, white supremacist movement, BLM (this list is not exhaustive).
3.6 All uploaded images/videos will be ‘stamped’ with a ‘watermark’ which will contain the Trans Regrets URL and uploaders username.
3.7 You accept that we are required by law/regulations to access, monitor, archive or copy content sent on Trans Regrets without notice to you. Please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Links to Third-Party Sites
4.1 The portal may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than us. Such hyperlinks are provided by members at their own discretion. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select are free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. The inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Other logos, products and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. We are not responsible for content on websites operated by parties other than us.
5.2 If you are aware of an infringement of our intellectual property, please let us know by contacting us at support@transregrets.com
5.3 We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Trans Regrets infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
5.4 If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to support@transregrets.com, with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement" and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement under "DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims".
